Coach Natalie has been working in the fitness industry for four years and has qualifications as a certified fitness coach, personal trainer and sports training. She specializes in spartan training, boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, flexibility and KB training. She practices and coaches martial arts here at Tawhay!
